Alexandra headland is a tightly held beach side community, nestled between two major suburbs being Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. While it is a little suburb of only just over 3000 properties and only just over 800 houses, it is certainly on the tourist radar with its highly awarded beaches and surf clubs. The Golden Triangle, is the bordered by the streets of pacific terrace, Alexandra parade and Buderim Avenue, and is considered the premium location within Alexandra Headland primarily because of its easy walking distance to the beach and north facing streets, allowing the homes great northern views up the coastline toward Mount Coolum.
