Alexandra headland is a tightly held beach side community, nestled between two major suburbs being Mooloolaba and Maroochydore.  While it is a little suburb of only just over 3000 properties and only just over 800 houses, it is certainly on the tourist radar with its highly awarded beaches and surf clubs.  One of the unique attributes of Alexandra Headland is its blend of million dollar prestige homes nestled among low rise unit complexes.
